EB MEMORABILIA COMPANY will ship the products purchased by the user through the mobile application or website, once the payment of the product(s) has been made and the money is in EB MEMORABILIA COMPANY's accounts.

EB MEMORABILIA COMPANY will have 10 working days to deliver the product to the shipping company. EB MEMORABILIA COMPANY will not be responsible once the product is delivered to the shipping company for any total or partial damage, for the time it takes to deliver the product or for the loss or theft of the product.

EB MEMORABILIA COMPANY at the request and acceptance of the user or subscriber will contract insurance with the shipping company to insure the product during the delivery of the product to the buyer. The cost of such insurance and any deductible or coinsurance will be covered in full by the user or subscriber who made the purchase.

The user or subscriber accepts that once the shipping company has delivered the product, he/she will have 24 hours to make any claim, otherwise the user or subscriber accepts that the product received is of his/her entire satisfaction and reserves any claim, complaint or clarification about the product received.
