EB MEMORABILIA COMPANY at the request and acceptance of the user or subscriber, will contract an insurance with the shipping company to protect the product during the delivery of the product to the buyer. The cost of such insurance and any deductible or coinsurance will be covered in full by the user or subscriber who made the purchase.

The user or subscriber accepts that once the shipping company has delivered the product, he/she will have 24 hours to make any claim, otherwise the user or subscriber accepts that the product received is of his/her entire satisfaction and reserves any claim, complaint or clarification about the product received. The claim must be sent to the following e-mail address, stating full name, username, and description of the claim, as well as attaching photographs of the product and proof of purchase.
